Scooby was adopted from a nearby kennel many years ago by two people with kids. The kids used to play with Scooby but the parents never got the time to build a fencing so they had to keep Scooby in a cage when the owners werent home. When the kids left home, Scooby was left alone with no one to walk him, feed him or give him any attention. The owners didnt seem to care about him at all. From time to time Scooby managed to escape his tiny prison but his legs were too skinny and weak to run away. He is in terrible state and were starting to worry about if he will survive
